Our Services

Our clients enjoy same-day rush service for most reline and repair cases. Just contact us by 9:30am to request rush service, and we will have your case returned as early as 4:00pm. See our turnaround schedule for details.

Some cases, such as cast partials, custom waxing, casting, and welding, do require more time; however, from one clasp to an entire saddle, we can have these cases back to you in a matter of days, as opposed to the weeks it might take other labs.

Our couriers help ensure timely delivery to local clients. Simply contact us for pickups, and let us know if the case is time sensitive or will require a same-day return.

We also offer next-day shipping though UPS. Contact us to request next-day shipping, and we’ll send you a label.

Whatever it takes.

Same Day in Most Cases

We offer a same day walk-in service for cases requiring basic repair needs (i.e. fracture or denture tooth loss). As long as no impression is required, cases can be completed in a few hours. Contact us for details.

  • IPS e.max
This patented lithium disilicate ceramic material is truly a revolution for the dental industry, combining superior durability, esthetics and ease of use in one product. It features 360-400 MPa of flexural strength. When fabricated to full-contour, the monolithic structure is the most robust ceramic system tested to date. The opalescence, translucency and light diffusion properties of IPS e.max were all designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and undetectable restorations. We offer choices in pressed, layered and milled.
  • Zirconia
Zirconia ceramic is a monolithic solid zirconia restoration that is typically six times stronger than e.max. More brawn than beauty, zirconia ceramic is virtually chip-proof. These restorations exhibit improved translucency and color similar to natural dentition, making them a restorative option in the anterior as well. Complete color penetration all the way through the restorations ensures greater shade consistency and prevents any shade changes after occlusal adjustment.
  • Metal
All-metal crowns, such as those made out of gold alloy, provide a classic option for patients looking for strength and durability above all else. They can be expected to withstand even the heaviest of biting and chewing and will not chip. They also have a wear rate similar to tooth enamel, so they won’t create excessive wear on surrounding teeth.
  • PFM
Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) restorations are an affordable and reliable choice. The metal provides strong compression and tensile strength, while the porcelain gives the crown a white tooth-like appearance, suitable for front teeth restorations. A variety of metal alloys containing precious metals and base metals can be used, and the porcelain can be color-matched to the adjacent teeth.

Crowns & Bridges

From custom bridges to a single crown, we offer a variety of top-of-the-line products made exactly to your patients’ needs and specifications.

Using industry leading methods and materials we can provide your patients with confidence and a comfortable fit.

  • Dentures and Partial Dentures
When choosing dentures, nothing is more important than a good fit so that the individual can eat and speak properly without pain. While dentures are cost effective in the short-term, they do have to be replaced often as your bone and jaw shift and change.
  • Night guards
Night guards, available in hard and hard soft varieties, protect your teeth from grinding during sleep. Also called bruxism, unconscious grinding can wear down your teeth and create jaw problems.
  • Mouth guards
Mouth guards are a must-have for athletes. We offer custom-made versions to provide the best fit and protection for your patient’s teeth, gums, lips and other soft mouth tissues.
  • Flippers
An acrylic denture, or flipper, is the least expensive way to replace a missing tooth or several teeth. Flippers are a great solution if your patient is looking for something immediate and functional.
  • We offer four types of custom abutments:
    – Zirconia
    – Titanium gold hue
    – Titanium
    – Hybrid Zirconia

All are made according to your specifications to achieve ideal soft tissue contours and crown esthetics. They are designed using CAD technology and then fabricated using precision milling.

When removable solutions don’t suit your patient’s needs, a variety of permanent custom solutions are available.

Leading the state in innovative milling technology, we deliver ultra-precise and ultra-reliable prostheses, eliminating long seating times.

  • CAD/CAM Design Technology
We utilize the highest performance mills and CAD/CAM design technology for superior accuracy. CAD/CAM technologies speed up design and creation andincrease the convenience of creating single to multi-unit cases with ease. This not only provides you precise and reliable products, but also gives you an in-house dental lab feel. Doctors can review and work on large cases alongside us.

  • Leading in Technology
Underwood Dental Labs leads the Midwest in its innovative dental technologies. Send us your digital impressions and we can accurately mill out the restoration in three days or less. Sirona Omni Cam DI Scanners are also available if you do not already have a DI unit available.
